New asphalt paving
Whether it's a new driveway, a commercial parking lot or a municipal road, we lay asphalt that's built to last. We handle everything from site prep and grading to the final surface — done right the first time.
Asphalt overlays
Not every surface needs a full tear-out. An overlay is one of the most cost-effective ways to extend the life of existing pavement: we mill or clean the existing surface and apply a fresh layer of asphalt, giving your pavement a like-new finish without the cost of full replacement. If an overlay isn't the right fix for your situation, we'll tell you that too.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Good maintenance is the cheapest paving you'll ever buy. Catching small problems early is the difference between a quick fix and a full replacement.
Asphalt repairs & patching
Potholes, edge failures, sunken areas, and surface damage don't fix themselves — and left untreated they get worse. We assess the damage and make the right repair the first time, whether that's a simple patch or a more extensive fix.
Crack & joint sealing
Cracks let water in, and water is the number one enemy of pavement — it freezes, expands, and turns a small crack into a big repair. Hot rubberized crack sealing uses a flexible, heat-applied compound that moves with the pavement through freeze-thaw cycles instead of popping out like cold-pour material.
We seal concrete too. Joint and crack sealing on concrete drives, lots, and slabs keeps water out of the joints and out from under the slab, where it does the real damage — freezing, heaving, and undermining the base. Whether your surface is asphalt or concrete, sealing is one of the best investments you can make in the life of it.
Seal coating
Seal coating protects asphalt from UV damage, water, and everyday wear — and it restores the deep black finish of fresh pavement. We recommend seal coating every 3–5 years as part of a regular maintenance plan, for parking lots and driveways alike.
Parking lot & pavement striping
Good striping isn't just about looks — it keeps people safe and spaces functional. We stripe parking lots, roadways, and municipal spaces: new layouts, restripes, accessible stalls, fire lanes, and directional arrows. We also stripe recreational courts, including tennis, pickleball, and basketball.
